Information on this website — including equipment descriptions, hire details and drink options — is provided to help you plan your event. It is general information only and does not amount to a firm quote or a confirmed booking.

Instant Pricing produces an estimate based on the details you enter. It is an estimate only, not a final quote, and it does not reserve or hold a date. Park ’n’ Pour reviews each enquiry before issuing a firm quote and confirming any booking.

Plan Your Drinks lets you tell us what you’d like, or you can use the Drinks Calculator to estimate quantities for your event.

Quantity recommendations from the calculator are estimates only. Actual consumption varies depending on your guests, the event and many other factors. You approve the final quantities when you confirm your quote.

Making an enquiry or receiving a quote does not secure your date. A booking is secured only once Park ’n’ Pour has accepted it and the required deposit has been paid. Unless stated otherwise, the deposit is 20% of the hire total.

The detailed terms that apply to equipment hire are set out in our Equipment Hire & Event Services Agreement, which forms part of any confirmed booking. Extra hire days are subject to availability and will be quoted separately.

Park ’n’ Pour is based in Koroit, Victoria. Where stated, delivery and pickup are included within 50 km of Koroit. Beyond 50 km, a travel charge of $3 per kilometre applies for the distance beyond 50 km, covering both delivery and pickup, unless your quote says otherwise.

Delivery and pickup are subject to safe, suitable access and timing at the venue. If access is difficult or timing is restricted, let us know when you enquire so we can plan accordingly.

Bar staff are charged at $50 per hour each, with a 4-hour minimum, unless your quote states otherwise. As a general guide, fully staffed events work well with around one staff member per 50 guests. Park ’n’ Pour may recommend a different staffing level for your event.

Walk ’n’ Pour is operated only by Park ’n’ Pour staff. The displayed Walk ’n’ Pour price does not include staff or drinks unless expressly stated in your quote. Service Tables are optional and added manually unless your quote says otherwise.

Park ’n’ Pour supplies liquor under Remote Seller’s Licence No. 36314342. Customers must be 18 years or older. Liquor is subject to age verification and to Victorian law and the conditions of our licence.

A drinks enquiry or calculator estimate is not a confirmed order. Park ’n’ Pour issues a firm quote, and an order is placed only after acceptance and full payment, unless we agree otherwise.

Paid drinks orders are generally final. Change-of-mind returns, unused stock and over-order returns are not ordinarily available unless agreed in advance or required by Australian Consumer Law. The detailed terms that apply to drinks and liquor supply are set out in our Drinks & Liquor Supply Agreement.

You agree to provide accurate event, site, guest and delivery information when you enquire or book. This includes correct venue details, access and timing.

You are responsible for obtaining any venue permission needed and for ensuring a safe, accessible setup area. The care, security, movement and return of hired equipment is governed by the Equipment Hire & Event Services Agreement that applies to your booking.

You may use this website for event-planning and enquiry purposes. The branding, text, graphics, calculator content and other material on this site are owned by or licensed to Park ’n’ Pour.

You must not commercially copy or reuse that material without our permission, except as permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Park ’n’ Pour is not responsible for loss arising from inaccurate information provided by users, from treating an estimate as a confirmed quote, from third-party services, or from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Detailed liability terms are set out in the booking or order agreements that apply to your confirmed booking or order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website applies to your use of the website from the date shown. Confirmed bookings and orders remain governed by the agreement or quote you accepted at the time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
